Welcome to Mercy Girls on the Move! We were formerly known as Mercy Girls on the Run, but we have expanded our activities beyond running so we thought a name change was in order! We are a group that will meet regularly on Wednesdays and occasionally on Fridays to MOVE together! Our activities will range from walking to interval training to Zumba and Kickboxing and whatever else we can think of! We will bring in guest instructors for the specialty classes and encourage everyone to get up and move with us! If you play sports and only want to join us in the off season that's okay too! We meet in room 104 and then MOVE from there depending on the day's activity! We are all about the Mind, body, spirit connection and hope to inspire our students to embrace physical activities of all kinds! We are all about FUN!!!!!
Group Announcements New Members!Hi girls! We are hoping to generate some new interest in the club this year at the activity fair! The new name and expansion of activities should hopefully be enticing to some! We plan to start "moving" on Wednesday, September 29 so get your sneakers laced up and ready to go! We are working on a calendar that will be posted outside Room 104 with the schedule of activities. I hope we can start out as strong as we did last year...almost thirty girls joined us on our first run! See you soon and please spread the word...MERCY GIRLS ARE ON THE MOVE!!!!!
